7th Grade Curriculum
Each unit is 4 weeks long and will consist of skill and knowledge based assessments. Students are expected to learn and improve in each unit, not just participate! Within each unit, students will be completing various fitness challenges. (See Fitness and Run Days Links). All 7th grade students will be given a workbook that will be used on a daily basis. Students are responsible for their own workbook and will be charged a $5 replacement fee if it becomes lost or damaged. The workbook below is one year out of date. We have switched out certain units this year in order to better align with the state standards. Improvements and updates will be made to the workbook throughout the year.

Nutrition
We use Exercise Your Options for the Nutrition Component in the 7th grade curriculum. It is a comprehensive look at making good choices and feeding your body healthy foods from all five food groups. Each student will receive a workbook to accompany the videos.
